Returns & refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order at any time up until dispatch to secure a full refund. If your order has been dispatched and is with the courier your refund will be processed minus the outgoing delivery fee.

It is your statutory right to return a product within seven working days of delivery. This can be for any reason however at Bathrooms and More Store we offer a 14 day return. In order for this to happen we must be notified either via email, letter or telephone within the time scale mentioned.

Any items that you wish to return must arrive in a resalable condition, this is to include all original packaging which must be in the same condition as on delivery. If goods are received back with damaged packaging a repacking fee will be applied so the goods can be re sold as new.

Should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be responsible for returning the goods back to ourselves, we do not arrange any collection or returns for change of mind. You must ensure that your order is delivered back to us in perfect condition as if it is damaged this will affect your refund. We recommend you take out insurance with the courier you use to cover yourself should your order arrive with us damaged.

A refund will be issued once we are in receipt of the item and is has been checked to ensure it is damage free.

Should we have no communication from you within the specified time it shall be seen that any items delivered are as expected.

For your protection and ours photographs may be requested for any item being returned, this will show either any damage reported or proof of the fact that the goods are perfect in their original packaging.

Damages

Should an item arrive damaged or we send an incorrect item or a fault seems evident this needs to be reported to ourselves, this must be done within 48 hours of you taking receipt of your goods.

Any missing parts or items must also be reported within 48 hours. Should missing items be reported after this time they will not be replaced for free.

If an item arrives damaged or with faults you will be entitled to a replacement. We always aim to have replacement items delivered on our fastest service.

Should you wish to keep the damaged item with a partial refund this can also be agreed upon.

All collections arranged by Bathrooms and More Store for damaged or faulty goods will only take place Monday – Friday. A collection date will be agreed with yourself prior to everything being arranged. On the day of collection the driver will either call when up to an hour away or you will be emailed/ text with a time slot.

In the event that you have tried to repair or alter an item with out informing us a return will not be accepted.
