At Bathrooms & More Store we pride ourselves upon our quick and efficient delivery services. Depending upon the size of order and whether you’ve purchased a unit with a stone worktop your order will either be sent via DPD on a next working day service or via PalletLine on a 2-3 working day service. Please see important points regarding both couriers below:
DPD – will text and email you a one hour time slot for your delivery so you know exactly when your order is due. You can even view the drivers location on a live map to see exactly where he or she is! You have the option to leave the order with a neighbour, leave it in a safe place or change the day.
All DPD orders will be delivered on a vehicle of a transit van size or smaller.
PalletLine – the courier will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date (please always provide the best number to reach you on). A date will be offered as quick as two working days from the point of call. The delivery driver will then give you a call when up to one hour away. The goods will be delivered on a pallet and the driver will get the goods as close to your front door as possible. Certain obstacles such as a gravel drive, narrow driver, steps or stairs etc will prevent the order being delivered to the door and the pallet will be left at the most convenient access point. All of our PalletLine delivers are shrink wrapped and water proofed keeping them safe and dry should you need to arrange help. All PalletLine orders will be delivered from a 7.5ton vehicle which is 8.2mtrs in length, 2.4mtrs wide and 3.6mtrs in height. This is the same size as a standard bin wagon.
Should this be too big a smaller vehicle can be used at a charge and must be agreed beforehand.
As is with both of the above services, the delivering drivers will not actually bring the orders inside of your property. If you are ordering a large unit or something you feel you may not be able to lift on your own we advise you have someone to give you a helping hand for the 5-10 minutes time it takes. All of our units are delivered pre built, however things like stone worktops, basins and taps are separate at the time of delivery for ease of moving into a bathroom.
If you know when placing your order the exact day that you’d like it to be delivered this can either be done by purchasing next day delivery for £20.00 or if you’d like delivery say anywhere from a few days to weeks after placing your order this can be specified in the “Delivery Notes” box at checkout. Standard delivery is FREE with your order subject to your post code, the day your item will be delivered will be prearranged with ourselves as soon as we receive your order ( Monday ~ Friday)
Other delivery options are available for a surcharge, the delivery of large oak items is on a pallet with a one man delivery service. The delivery will be as close to the front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) and then it is up to you the customer to get your order into your home, so please have help on hand when you organise your delivery day.

If your postcode is one of the following: E3-18, 20, EX, N2-22, NW2-11, W3-14, there will be a £25.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: E(REST OF), EC, LD, N1, N1C, NW1, SE, SW, SY7-8, PL,SA, TD, TQ, W(REST OF), WC there will be a £30.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: DD, F63, FK(8, 15-21), G(63, 83-84), PH(1-14), TR, there will be a £40.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: AB, DUBL, IV(1-20, 30-32, 36, 63), KILD, PH15-26, there will be a £50.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: IV(21-28, 40, 52-54), KW(1-14), PA(21-38), PH(30-41, 49-50), there will be a £60.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: Republic of Ireland – Cavan, Carlow, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Dublin City, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow there will be a £70.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: HS, IM, IV(41-49, 51, 55-56), KA(27-28), KW(15-17), PA(20, 41-49, 60-78, 80), PH(42-55), ZE, there will be a £100.00 surcharge to your address.
If your postcode is one of the following: PO30-41 (£30 – £60), BT (£40 – £60), LOUT, MONA (£50 – £60), GY, JE (£85 – £120), POA item size dependent. Depending upon the size of the items purchased these surcharges may be less, please contact us prior to any purchase for an accurate quote.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an additional £45 surcharge.
AM or PM deliveries can be arranged with an additional £10 surcharge.
Bank holiday deliveries can be arranged with an additional £80 surcharge.
24 Hour Next Working Day Delivery Is Available POA:
This delivery upgrade will ensure that your in-stock item will be delivered the next possible working day Monday-Friday (please be aware a next day delivery will only take place on orders received before 12pm, after this time your order will leave the next working day for a next day delivery, should your order be placed before 12pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Monday, should an order be placed after 12pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Tuesday.)

Not all delivery methods may be available in your area. Online orders will only be delivered if your address is permanent and within the UK mainland. Your order will be completed within any advertised timescales or by any other means of confirmation either by phone or email.
Delivery is free however this is subsidised by Bathrooms and More Store through a third party company, should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be responsible for returning the goods back to ourselves without any damage, once back and damage-free a full refund will be issued.
Delivery will be made from a 7.5ton vehicle which is 8.2mtrs in length and 2.4 mtrs wide the height of the vehicle is 3.6mtrs a smaller vehicle can be used at a charge and must be agreed beforehand, should you be unable to take delivery on the day that has been prearranged for whatever reason and your item has left our warehouse or it is judged unsafe to deliver by the driver due to any access issues then you will be charged to rearrange another delivery slot, we also reserve the right to cancel your order in this circumstance should this happen your payment will be refunded minus the outgoing delivery fee and return fee per item, this is applicable once your items have left our premises this includes any orders you may wish to cancel.
Should damage occur during the delivery by our carriers our liability amounts to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods providing the proof of delivery note is signed as damaged by you the customer, it is essential therefore that you check your item upon delivery for any visual signs of damage and contact should be made to ourselves reporting said damage. Delivery of your items only relates to a prearranged day and not a specific time. Bathrooms and More Store will not be held responsible for any costs incurred should delivery have to be rearranged by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances of which there can be no control.
